Deposits & Cancellation policy:
We typically require a $50 deposit for 1-3 Nights and $100 Deposit for 4 nights or more;
• Money order made payable to Hervey Bay Colonial Lodge
• Direct deposit to ANZ bank BSB: 014 672 Account No. 2031 999 45
• Credit card over the phone
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date are refunded less 20% for administration costs
• Deposits are fully transferable Please be aware that we are unable to refund any monies for late arrivals, early departures or in the event of inclement weather
• All prices are current as at 1st October 2011 and are subject to change without notice, except in the case of written quotes (these will always be honoured)

Check in / Out
• We look forward to welcoming you any time after 2pm on day of arrival
• All rooms to be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure
